Reservations and conditions

To make a reservation, a previous payment of 50% of the package would be needed. The other 50% would be paid 15 days before hunters’ arrival.
Once the first payment and the reservation done, a contract will be sent to you where all services and features of your stay will be detailed.

In case of cancellation:

• If 3 months before the date booked, 25% of the paymentwould be lost.
• If 2 months before the date booked, 50% of the payment would be lost.
• If 1 month before the date booked, 100% of the payment would be lost.

What is included on the price?

• All transports from arrival to Madrid, Malaga or Seville airport
• Accommodation and meals
• Hunting licence management
• Interpreter guide during hunting days
• Main preparation and drying of hunting trophies

Not included:

• Trophies packing and sendingz
• Insurance

Each hunter can take another person with him, who will only pay for transport, accommodation and meals.

Hunters can bring their own fire arms. However, the organisers can also provide them one for 200 Euros per day and fire arm.
