Trophy shipment

The trophy handling is a very delicate and important part of the hunt. That´s why our organization personally take care of it, freezing the hides a.s.a.p., and transferring them to our local taxidermist, who will tan the hides and completely clean and treat the skulls. When all this process is completed (around 3 months after the hunt), we pack it (one box per hunter), and deliver it in the Customs Broker warehouse with all the paperwork requested (original & copies of the permits, veterinary certificate, taxidermy certificate, and all your data). Once the Broker informs me about the cost of shipment, I will send you an invoice for it, and as soon as I receive the funds the Custom Broker will proceed to ship your box, which usually leaves the country between 1 and 2 weeks later. Total it

usually takes around 4 to 5 months to have your trophies in your taxidermy´s studio. In order to process everything quickly, I ask you to download the form enclosed, for you to fill up and send it to me.
